About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruitment & Employer Branding Coordinator to support our global team.
- You will serve as our local representative in the US, identifying top talent and enhancing our employer brand.
- This part-time remote role requires working closely with our China-based HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and university platforms.
- Conduct initial outreach, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage and grow our Instagram employer branding account with engaging content.
Qualifications:
- Must be located in the US and authorized to work.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and social media content creation is a plus.
