Custom Recruitment Specialist (English Speaking)

About the Role:

• The Custom Recruitment Specialist is responsible for creating and executing custom recruitment plans for M3 Experts and market research projects.
• This role manages expert and respondent facing recruitment tasks to increase consultations and project completions.
• Utilizes language capabilities to expand the supply of experts, primarily in Germany, but also globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to best utilize recruitment platforms and tools.
• Build custom recruitment plans considering client needs and manage full lifecycle of recruitment.
• Communicate and collaborate across teams including Qual, Quant, and Sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; fluency in English required.
• Minimum 2 years of expert network, market research, or recruiting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and excellent communication skills.
