Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to align on position specifications and market insights.
Develop and manage recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Mentor team members and support their development.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
Knowledge of OFCCP (US) and French fluency required.

Work Environment:

Remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Standard Monday to Friday work hours, Central or Eastern time.
English and French fluency essential.
