Continuously learn and expand your technical skill set, focusing on a specific area of expertise and attending training sessions focused on your responsibilities as a Support Engineer. Collaborate with colleagues and mentors. This role is perfect for you if you have experience in support and troubleshooting web applications, systems and software in general. You have experience in handling critical tickets, complex problems and customer service scenarios. Experience in troubleshooting web applications with Java, HTML, CSS. Worked with SQL databases. You also have experience with support for REST APIs.
