About the Role:
- Set the vision and strategy for Growth Marketing & Partnerships, defining how the function evolves to support Eneba's next stage of growth.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities beyond today's acquisition channels, continuously challenging assumptions.
- Build scalable growth engines that accelerate expansion into new markets and support a growing product portfolio.
About You:
- Proven experience building and scaling growth in high performance organizations.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing and data-driven experimentation.
- Strong leadership experience, including developing teams and evolving organizational structures.
