Role Overview:
- Central role in planning, coordination, and delivery of IDC’s regional events in APAC & META.
- Manage project milestones, vendor activities, budgets, and logistics.
- Ensure seamless, high-quality event experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support project lifecycle from planning to post-event evaluation.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverable schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for alignment and timely execution.
Vendor & Logistics Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and liaise with vendors for event production, branding, AV, logistics, and hospitality.
- Ensure procurement compliance and oversee vendor deliverables.
- Quality control and on-site execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as central point of coordination among global and regional teams.
- Support content and production teams with session schedules and speaker logistics.
- Collaborate with marketing for attendee communications and branding.
