Lead a team of Account Executives and be responsible for driving revenue growth, retaining and attracting new talent, and growing the customer base within the assigned territory. Be recognized as a sales leader throughout the company, setting the tone and pace for your specified region.
Develop and execute sales strategies, mentor the team, and strategically partner with groups across the organization. Guide the team through a consultative sales approach, learning about prospectβs needs and then diving into the potential fit. Expertise will be critical in helping articulate the value of our products and building strong relationships between the prospect and the Grafana sales team.
The OTE/Base compensation range for this role is 370,000-435,000. Every team member receives Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and the company operates a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum.
