About the Role:
- Coordinate post-commissioning project issues from intake to documented closeout.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams during remediation.
What You'll Do:
- Track open issues, priorities, and resources across warranty, supply chain, and field operations.
- Communicate status and escalate roadblocks to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the technical troubleshooting team with customer calls needing field assistance.
What You'll Bring:
- Ability to manage multiple open issues and cross-functional priorities.
- Working knowledge of solar tracking systems and field service requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel and Procore.
