What You'll Do:
- Manage dozens of simultaneous MVR projects at once, tracking status, deadlines, and next steps for each.
- Prepare, submit, and track state paperwork required to initiate and maintain MVR access on behalf of customers.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance operations, or a similar customer-facing, process-driven role.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects without sacrificing attention to detail.
About the Role:
- Manage the end-to-end process of organizing and managing MVR state-specific onboarding for customers' compliance teams.
- Juggle dozens of simultaneous projects with state-specific paperwork and timelines.
