Role & Responsibilities:
- Review and process credit-held orders throughout the day.
- Process manual credit card payments while ensuring PCI compliance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with PCI compliance, accounting, accounts receivable, or customer service.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST.
