The Strategic Account Manager, Multi-Family, develops and implements sales plans that include market analysis, account opportunities, short- and long-term goals, strategic initiatives, and measurable outcomes. The manager works collaboratively with customers to understand their business drivers, leveraging Outdoorsβ full portfolio of products and solutions to meet their needs. By mobilizing internal resources and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, the manager ensures customer satisfaction while driving Outdoorsβ strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a sales background calling on a multi-family network, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships, and be available to travel. Responsibilities include developing key relationships with decision makers, monitoring business trends and competitive practices, and orchestrating organizational resources to maximize sales opportunities.
