Role Overview:
- The GTM Strategist sits at the core of a high-growth developer platform blending strategy, data, and execution.
- This role unifies how data and decisions flow across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- It requires deep involvement in revenue operations, forecasting, segmentation, and performance insights.
Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue operations strategy with a focus on customer success.
- Build a reliable single source of truth for revenue and usage data across multiple systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to design segmentation models and coverage strategies aligned with developer-led buying.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, BigQuery, and modern data stacks; hands-on SQL skills.
- Experience in high-growth environments with product-led growth models and cross-functional communication.
