About the Role:
- Lead the largest pillar of centralized Revenue Operations.
- Own territory design, account segmentation, pipeline governance, and forecast accountability.
- Turn a year of GTM design into a scalable operating model.
What You'll Do:
- Own territory design end-to-end and rationalize coverage model across all regions.
- Define pipeline governance and forecast accuracy metrics.
- Lead comp and incentive strategy in partnership with Finance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in GTM strategy or sales operations, with 3+ years in VP role.
- Experience building centralized RevOps in complex B2B.
- Financial fluency and background in technology distribution preferred.
