We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Plastics segment across North America. This is a key role in TOMRA’s plastics recycling segment, focused on market development and technical-commercial leadership for flake sorting products (AUTOSORT®, INNERFLAKE®).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the North American Plastics segment. Support local sales teams with insights on applications, pricing, competitors, and winning tactics. Identify new opportunities and market sub-segments; actively scout and generate leads. Create customized proposals and lead commercial negotiations with customers. Own and manage your sales budget and KPIs for the assigned region. Report on pipeline, trends, and market intelligence and Represent TOMRA at industry events and customer sites.
