Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
  • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing Sales Engineering team.
  • Manage individual and team performance ensuring productive partnerships with sales, product, support and customer success teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in hands on engineering, pre-sales, or customer success.
  • 2+ years of sales engineering management experience.

Location and Travel:

  • This is a remote position open to candidates in the Northeast region of the US.
  • Position requires travel up to 50% of the time and proximity to an international airport is preferred.
