Key Responsibilities:
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
- Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing Sales Engineering team.
- Manage individual and team performance ensuring productive partnerships with sales, product, support and customer success teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university.
- 5+ years of professional experience in hands on engineering, pre-sales, or customer success.
- 2+ years of sales engineering management experience.
Location and Travel:
- This is a remote position open to candidates in the Northeast region of the US.
- Position requires travel up to 50% of the time and proximity to an international airport is preferred.
