Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve our People Operations infrastructure, focusing on equity and inclusion.
  • Drive operational excellence across People tools and systems, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Monitor employment law compliance, proactively reviewing and updating policies and practices.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of People Ops/HR experience, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
