Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize People Operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Implement AI in order to optimize processes and improve the manager and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with all employment requirements and state-by-state regulations.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of People Operations experience, including 3-5+ years in HR Business Partner roles.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Possess exceptional critical thinking abilities and can be a thought partner to leaders.
