HR Leadership:
- Lead hiring activities.
- Own benefits administration including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), parental leave and related programs.
- Lead all policy creation and enforcement including employee relations.

Operations Leadership:
- Partner directly with the COO in leading the Operations team.
- Respond to employee feedback by prioritizing and executing relevant process improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and renewals across key platforms.
