The Opportunity:
- Support over 1,000 team members in 40+ countries.
- Evolve team processes and support.
- Establish and refine global People processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage new hire documentation, including global Right to Work checks.
- Improve scalable People tools and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly payroll updates.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through skills.
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills.
