People Operations Specialist

Payroll Management:

• Consolidate payroll inputs from BambooHR, Monday, and Insurance.
• Submit data to external providers and audit final reports.
• Coordinate with Treasury for funding and salary payments.

Employee Service:

• Own the resolution of employee queries through Jira, Slack, and email.
• Act as the subject matter expert for inquiries regarding payroll and labor rights.
• Ensure a high-quality and empathetic service experience.

Global Labor Relations:

• Review and update labor documentation, including localized contract clauses.
• Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit agreements.
• Partner with PBPs on disciplinary actions and PIPs.
