Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will partner with the corporate HR centers of excellence in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Management to deliver value-added programs and support HR initiatives, provide support to physician-led committees and participate in mergers and acquisitions as needed. The Manager will provide support for human resources responsibilities in the assigned practice/platform under the leadership of a Director or VP. The Manager has oversight of tasks, compliance, process flow & efficiency and is the owner of clinical and/or MSO employee relations and programs.
Since this role is a direct interfacing role with both the clinical and MSO teams, the role requires someone adept with balancing competing priorities that isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves, leverage HR Operational resources and be able to translate corporate guidance to the local market. The Manager should approach the work with “providing an exceptional employee experience” in mind. As such, building trust and rapport with operational and clinical leaders is imperative as the Manager supports day-to-day human resources needs helping to create an exceptional employee experience.
