Risk Investigator - Third Party/ATO Fraud

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex investigations into suspected account takeover incidents, exercising sound judgment to determine risk and recovery strategies.
• Serve as the primary coordinator across Fraud, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Leadership during high-impact cases.
• Communicate directly with customers during sensitive account security incidents, providing timely, empathetic guidance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct experience investigating and responding to account takeover fraud incidents within a financial services organization.
• Deep expertise in account takeover methodologies, authentication systems, and identity verification.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority investigations.

Compensation:

• The total rewards package includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
• Base salary ranges from $109,500 to $152,100 depending on location.
