About the Role:
- Serve as a key liaison between business functions and the Technology organization.
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate needs into technology strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business goals into technology roadmaps, requirements, and scalable solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
- Design, build, configure, test, and support Salesforce capabilities including automation, integrations, reporting, and data models.
- Rapidly evaluate emerging platforms and create proofs of concept to inform investment decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience with strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
