What’s the job?:

Expand the work-from-home conversation improvement team, handling messages when AI is unsure.
Categorize and respond contextually to consumer responses using point-and-click buttons.
Maintain 97%+ accuracy to inform the natural language model.

Compensation and Hours:

$10-$13/hour, part-time up to 27 hours/week.
Must work 6 straight hours/day, 3-5 days/week with shifts available 9am-3pm, 11am-5pm, or 4pm-10pm.
Training via Zoom; requires reliable internet and a computer.

Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail, high standard of excellence, and proficient typing skills.
Proficiency in emojis, good grammar and logic skills.
Reliable and responsible with a designated schedule.
