As a Field Admissions Representative, you'll find motivated students who want to learn and develop their skills at Universal Technical Institute. You will work closely with local high schools to recruit students and build awareness of UTI and its programs, covering a territory within a 120-mile radius of Chicago, IL.
The ideal candidate should have a customer-focused style that can enliven, engage, motivate, and positively impact individuals. Making connections and communicating with people, while proactively establishing relationships is key, and the candidate must be able to follow guidelines and procedures, working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while prioritizing their schedules to maximize time.
Responsibilities include developing relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools, and local communities. Giving in-person presentations at high schools and representing UTI at offsite events is crucial. Conduct informative in-home interviews, maintain the CRM database for follow-ups with potential students, and present to educators to encourage their students to attend UTI. Maintain knowledge of UTI programs and financing options to answer questions and meet enrollment goals while adhering to compliance procedures.
