Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Jane, you will play a critical role in deeply understanding the clinic's needs, solving real problems and helping practitioners get the most out of Jane. This position blends support, sales and onboarding. You will get to lead demos, onboarding calls and real time support and troubleshooting across phone, chat and video. The performance bar is set to "delight", requiring effort, deep care, constant learning, and aiming above "just okay." Priorities will shift quickly, adaptability is key. Build a career with a variety of paths, such as becoming a Senior Product Specialist or people leadership roles.
