Job Description
Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates. Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes. Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.
Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives. Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.
