What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Co-Founders and executive team to translate strategy into financial priorities and operating plans.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, capital allocation, and performance management.
- Build and develop finance team, systems, and processes for continued scale.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Prior experience as CFO or senior finance executive in scaled, high-growth consumer business.
- Deep experience with DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, inventory, and performance marketing models.
- Demonstrated success building finance teams and infrastructure through rapid growth.
