Key Responsibilities:
- Create cardholder journey maps and analyze VoC data to identify trends and root causes.
- Develop CX roadmap and lead implementation of systems and processes.
- Champion customer perspective and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of CX experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of CX frameworks, journey mapping, and design thinking.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
