About the Role:
- As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and showcase platform value.
- You’ll act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders, mapping challenges to Motive’s solutions.
- Reporting to an Engineering leader, you’ll collaborate across teams to drive customer outcomes and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Drive discovery conversations and deliver high-impact demos tailored to executive audiences.
- Translate customer challenges into solutions with measurable business results.
- Develop competitive expertise and win strategic displacement opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience (SaaS and hardware a plus).
- Deep knowledge of value-based selling frameworks and solutions engineering methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
