Manager, Engineering

Job Summary:

• Lead the Catalog engineering team at the heart of iHerb's AI transformation.
• Manage a lean, high-seniority team while staying hands-on as a player-coach.
• Own delivery commitments and model AI-native development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive feature delivery across a full-stack codebase with product and design.
• Carry an active IC load using AI-assisted tooling like Claude Code or Copilot.
• Hire, onboard, and grow engineers with a high AI-native bar.

Qualifications:

• Required: hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Full-stack orientation with production experience in C#/.NET, React, and SQL.
• Minimum 7-10 years of software engineering experience, with 2+ in leadership.
