ABOUT THIS ROLE:
- We are looking for an engineer who cares about advocating for customers and helping unblock them by fixing bugs and writing sample code.
- You will have influence over our product and business, not just technology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support developers and teams building with LiveKit, triaging bugs and responding to tickets.
- Write sample and production-quality code, update documentation and technical guides.
- Partner with Sales, BD, and Partnerships teams on customer strategy.
