National Operations Coordinator - Field Service Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview:

• This remote role coordinates end-to-end onboarding for field service technicians and service vendors across the United States.
• You will ensure new team members have the equipment, technology, system access, and training logistics needed to become operational from day one.

Core Accountabilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end onboarding activities for field service new hires, ensuring each employee is fully prepared and operational from their first day.
• Coordinate company vehicle assignments, procurement of equipment, and system access setup across multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and stakeholder communication throughout the onboarding process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least 3 years of experience in administrative operations, onboarding, or field service support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple activities and deadlines.
• Experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, or Power Apps is valuable.
