Associate Manager, Customer Success

The Associate Manager on the SA&I Ad Effectiveness Team will leverage analytical and consultative skills to assist major global brands in evaluating and optimizing their advertising efforts. The role involves managing projects from inception to delivery, leading client meetings, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of research studies. Responsibilities include overseeing data analysis, report writing, and presentation of findings to clients and internal stakeholders. Client engagement is a key aspect, requiring independent communication and relationship management to meet or exceed revenue targets. Some people management duties include coaching junior analysts, mentoring team members, and developing training sessions. 3+ years of project management experience, 2+ years of experience in market research, and 1+ years of experience in client communication are required.
