What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the credentialing function, managing a team of four managers and sixteen coordinators across time zones.
- Own time-to-enrolled metrics, build processes, remove single points of failure, and ensure reporting integrity.
- Collaborate with Practice Success, revenue cycle, payer contracting, HR, and compliance.
About You:
- 5+ years in provider credentialing or payer enrollment, with multi-state and Medicaid experience.
- 2+ years managing teams, including leads or managers; experience reorganizing team structure.
- Strong analytical, compliance judgment, and proficiency with credentialing platforms like CAQH, PECOS, etc.
