Responsibilities:
- Serve as front line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare.
- Prepare for patient visits by reviewing accounts and verifying insurance details.
- Initiate and obtain pre-certification or authorization for complex services.
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years experience in Revenue Cycle or related clerical accounting/finance, with 1 year in healthcare Revenue Cycle.
- Prior Epic experience preferred.

- This is a remote, full-time position focused on financial clearance for patient services.
- Works closely with patients and clinical teams to ensure seamless pre-service processes.
