Responsibilities:

  • Assist all Universal Audio customers with incoming inquiries via telephone, chat, or online requests.
  • Provide product installation support and troubleshooting for Windows and MAC based computers and DAWs.
  • Generate knowledge base entries in written and video formats, and handle RMAs in accordance with warranty standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English, problem analysis, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Experience with UAD-2/Apollo hardware, UA Console, LUNA software, and DAWs like Cubase, Pro Tools, Ableton Live.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds, sit for extended periods, and work overtime and weekends when required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • California hourly rate of pay is $20.10-$23.27 per hour, based on cost of labor in the employee's city/state.
  • Benefits include profit sharing, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K Safe Harbor Contribution, Stock Options, and Flexible time-off (PTO/Sick Leave/Company Holiday Time-off).
