Contract Recruiter & Sourcer

Sayari is seeking an exceptionally adaptable Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our mission-driven People Team. This is a high-impact, 6-month contract role designed for a "pinch-hitter" who can pivot quickly to support the team’s most pressing needs. While the foundation of this role requires proven technical recruiting/sourcing experience (R&D, Engineering, Product), you must be comfortable shifting focus to handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including targeted sourcing projects, full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles (e.g., Go-to-Market, G&A), and coordination support as needed. Be ready and willing to jump into any stage of the recruiting process across a variety of functions (Technical/R&D, GTM, G&A). Provide timely and accurate scheduling and coordination support, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience, particularly during peak volume periods. Support the Talent Acquisition Partners by filling capacity gaps across the team's needs. Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent using creative outreach strategies and a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter. Own and drive end-to-end recruiting efforts for assigned roles, from initial intake and sourcing through screening, offer, and close. Ensure clear communication and a thoughtful, inclusive process for all candidates. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Work closely with hiring managers and the People Team to understand requirements and refine strategies.
