Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver greenfield implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM implementations.
- Hands-on experience with voice or telephony integrations within Dynamics 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Azure Communication Services, or CTI tools.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ERP or CRM transformation programs.
