Head of Expansion

Key Responsibilities:

• Own European expansion from market research through launch readiness.
• Prioritize countries based on market size, customer demand, and regulatory complexity.
• Coordinate legal, clinical, supply, and operational work for rapid market entry.

Need to Have:

• 5+ years in expansion, market launch, or business operations in high-growth startups.
• Experience personally owning European launches from idea to live operations.
• Strong judgment on build, partner, or acquire decisions to accelerate entry.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in heavily regulated industries and European markets (Germany, France, etc.).
• AI-native: use AI to research markets and automate workflows.
• Founder background or experience building lean, high-performance teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary $200k-$400k/yr plus 0.15%-0.5% equity.
