Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Sales, Boulevard is seeking a sales leader to build, coach, and scale our Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales team. As Manager of Strategic Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition with ACV deal sizes ranging from $20K–$500K, while also personally leading Boulevard’s most complex strategic opportunities, including enterprise whale deals exceeding seven figures. You will manage and grow a team of Account Executives, instilling process discipline and coaching to success, while also architecting the sales playbook for larger accounts. This role requires both a builder’s mindset and the ability to execute repeatable processes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is energized by creating structure, and has experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to win our most strategic accounts.
Lead, coach, and expand a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quota. Provide deal-level coaching, from discovery through negotiation and close. Personally drive the sales process and be accountable for Boulevard’s most strategic and complex deals. Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at strategic accounts and internally, and coach your team to do the same. Architect and refine the Mid-Market & Enterprise sales playbook to ensure scalability and predictability.
