Site Lead - India

What you'll do:

• Serve as the senior on-the-ground leader for Oscilar in India, building a high-trust, high-performance extension of the broader organization.
• Lead managers and senior individual contributors across backend engineering, analytics, and integrations as the India organization grows.
• Implement and refine scalable workflows across planning, execution, quality, and incident follow-through.

Who you are:

• You have significant experience leading software engineering and/or product teams in technical organizations.
• You have a strong track record managing technical teams and managers, with demonstrated operational excellence.
• You have strong technical judgment and product sense, and excellent communication skills for working across distributed teams.
