Job Description

This role plays a critical part in executing CareMessage's go-to-market strategy and expanding access to their mission-driven patient engagement platform, which advances health equity for underserved populations. As a Sales Executive, you will own a defined territory, lead complex, relationship-driven sales processes, and serve as a key external representative of CareMessage in the market. As CareMessage does not currently have a BDR function, this role is well-suited for a motivated and disciplined seller who thrives in lean, high-ownership environments. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, source and qualify opportunities, and build knowledge of the FQHC segment. The position includes flexible work hours and a fully remote team. CareMessage offers paid parental leave, half-day Fridays, 18 paid company holidays (including one-week mid-year and end-of-year breaks), 9 wellness days, and 15 days of PTO. After 4 years, employees are eligible for a one-month paid sabbatical.
