Job Description
Manage and own relationships across CipherHealth's small and mid-market customer base, making sure they get the most out of CipherHealth's solutions while helping roll out the digital touch engagement model. This job is key to making sure these customers see the value in our solutions. You'll do this by talking to them often, getting them involved online, and giving them support that can grow with them. You'll also work with Senior Customer Success Managers on big accounts, giving them ideas and help. Some key responsibilities include: driving retention across your portfolio of small and mid-market healthcare customers, understanding customer needs, offering consultative, tailored guidance rooted in best practices, and proactively addressing challenges. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, product usage, and retention rates, to inform strategy and improve processes.
