Here's What You'll Do:
- Own and manage a defined territory of existing and prospective customers to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Develop a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, growth opportunities, and partner collaboration strategies.
Role Essentials:
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager at a SaaS company with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to lead full-cycle sales processes including qualification, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels with professionalism and tact.
What We'd Like to See:
- Experience working with channel, reseller, or system integrator partners in a co-selling or joint go-to-market model.
- Familiarity with sales intelligence tools and pipeline management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
