Key Responsibilities:
- Own the production pipeline end to end and ensure files progress toward closing.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails for the Enterprise team.
- Monitor pipeline performance, turnaround times, and service levels.
Leadership Opportunity:
- Serve as a senior operational partner and right hand to the Enterprise Account Executive.
- Mentor and support newer Production Managers and team members.
- Contribute an operational perspective to broader enterprise strategy.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in mortgage sales production, operations, or processing.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle from lock through closing.
- Ability to operate independently and make sound operational decisions.
