**Responsibilities:**
- Sign, retain, and grow dealer relationships, making 70+ calls daily.
- Train dealers on The Fast Lane portal and resolve issues with teams.
**Qualifications:**
- Self-motivated, excellent communication, thrives in remote environment.
- Bilingual Spanish and auto finance experience are pluses; Saturdays required.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- $20/hour plus uncapped commission, averaging $2K-5K monthly.
