This person will oversee the end-to-end sales compensation process, including plan design, modeling, implementation, and ongoing management. They will partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to design incentive plans that align with company growth goals, motivate performance, and maintain fiscal discipline. The role involves establishing and maintaining robust policies and procedures for crediting, adjustments, and exceptions. This person will lead administration of sales compensation systems, ensuring data integrity, automation, and reporting accuracy. The role will provide actionable reporting on plan effectiveness, attainment trends, and ROI. This person will build and mentor a high-performing team.
