The Opportunity:
- The Solutions Engineering team enables Grafana Labs' growth by educating customers through demos, enablement, and presentations.
- They partner with Sales to qualify and close opportunities and act as a bridge between customers, engineering, and sales.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition and close complex opportunities.
- Own technical engagement with customers and deliver product and technical presentations.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and provide feedback.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience with strong judgment and collaboration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for a remote-first environment.
