About the Role:
- Govern risk across the marketplace and turn signals into policy.
- Combine analysis and governance to keep enforcement consistent.
What You'll Do:
- Own T&S policies, enforcement standards, and appeals frameworks.
- Analyze trends and lead root-cause analysis to inform product and policy decisions.
- Detect fraud and abuse through pattern and link analysis.
We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in Trust & Safety or risk with strong SQL and data skills.
- Experience owning policies and translating complex analysis for executives.
